现代企业中的工作压力管理

摘要

从企业管理的角度讨论了进行员工工作压力管理的必要性，工作压力产生的内外部原因以及识别工作压力的方法，并结合我国企业的实际情况提出了压力管理的原则和策略。%From the angle of enterprises management, the necessity of work stress is discussed along with its internal and external causes and the discerning way.Based on the realities of enterprises in China,the principes and tactics of stress management are given.
