劳动密集型制造单元的配置与排序模型

         

摘要

研究劳动力密集型制造单元的配置和排序问题,提出单元配置和人员分配的方法.分3阶段解决此问题:单元配置、人员分配和产品排序.单元配置阶段利用产品的相似性,为单元分配产品;人员分配阶段采用加工时间最长的工序优先分配人员的策略;产品排序阶段采用经典的Palmer启发式算法.通过实例来说明此模型.仿真结果显示:单元配置中,与不考虑启用单元惩罚相比,考虑启用单元的惩罚,使得优化解中启用单元减少.同时,在单元配置中,3阶段方法可以为管理者提供借鉴.%In the existing cell formation methods for cellular manufacturing systems, often it does not consider operator configuration and product sequencing. However, for labor-intensive manufacturing systems, it is vitally important to determine the number of operators for each workstation in a cell. In this paper, cell formation problem is studied for labor-intensive manufacturing systems with operator assignment and product sequencing being considered. After an integer programming model is formulated for the problem, a three-phase heuristic solution method is proposed. In the first phase, the products are assigned into machines such that machine cells are formed based on the product similarity. In the second phase, operators are assigned to workstations by using the longest processing time priority rule. In the third phase, Palmer heuristic algorithm is used to sequence the product types. An example is used to illustrate the application of the proposed method.
