供应链激励机制构建的影响因素及其动态差异

         

摘要

Based on a systematic perspective comprised of economic , “spiritual”, and institutional con-straints, a supply chain influencing factor system is proposed .Then, a theoretically hypothesized model of factors is built via the Structural Equation Model method .By following the evolution of partnership , differ-ences of all factors of three aspects are compared and the law of differences is further explored .It shows that profit allocation has always exerted a significant positive impact on incentive mechanism building .The influence is weakening with the evolution of partnership , and special investment plays an increasingly sig-nificant positive role in growth and maturity phases .The positive impact of spiritual factors increases , trust is the major positive factor in maturity .Institutional factors have significant impact on mechanism building only in growth phase .These results provide important basis for scientific incentive mechanism building and dynamic adjustment of supply chain .%基于经济、“精神”和制度环境约束三个维度的系统视角,提出供应链激励机制构建影响因素体系,构建了理论假设模型。遵循关系生命周期时间序列,利用结构方程进行实证分析,比较得出各层面影响因素随关系发展的动态差异规律。研究发现,经济层面的利益分配在整个关系周期内都显著影响激励机制构建,但影响逐渐减弱,专用投资在关系成长期和成熟期有显著影响,且逐渐增强;“精神”层面因素影响力随关系深入逐渐凸显,信任在关系成熟期成为首要影响因素;制度环境因素只在关系成长期的影响力显著。所得结论为科学构建和动态调整供应链激励机制提供了重要的依据。
