基于 DEA 的供电企业安全投入产出分析

摘要

Security input-output benefit of power supply enterprise is a complicated system with multiple input and output .It is necessary to analyze the efficiency of the security input-output to develop improve-ment measures to improve the security investment management level .Seven input indexes and two output indexes are selected on the basis of the definition of power supply enterprise ’ s security investment and se-curity benefit.Then, a model of power supply enterprise’s security input and output is established based on data envelopment analysis (DEA).The model is applied to a case study and found that some of the power supply enterprises have low efficiency in security input-output and they need to optimize the use of security investment .The result shows that the DEA method can evaluate the efficiency of security input -output for power supply enterprise and find the insufficiency in optimizing safety input costs .%供电企业的安全投入产出是一个多投入多产出的复杂系统，有必要对安全投入产出效益进行分析以制定改进措施提高安全投资管理水平。在对供电企业安全投入与安全效益界定的基础上，选取7个输入指标及2个输出指标，建了基于DEA的供电企业安全投入产出模型，并进行了实例分析，发现部分供电企业安全投入产出效率较低，需要对现有投资进行优化。结果表明，DEA法可以对供电企业的安全投入产出效益进行有效评价，从而发现不足优化安全投入成本。
