基于C＃的电梯导轨垂直度检测数据采集系统的应用与研究

摘要

电梯导轨垂直度检测系统用于电梯导轨顶面、侧面以及其他工作面为平面的直立物体的垂直度的检测，该检测系统正常运行依赖于其完善的数据采集系统。提出的基于C＃的电梯导轨垂直度检测数据采集系统，作为电梯导轨垂直度检测系统的数据采集子系统，采用C＃中的Winform窗体技术，实现了该系统中装置的调整控制和综合测试。应用表明，该数据采集系统具有结构简单、操作方便、自动化程度高等优点。%The data acquisition system for detecting verticality of elevator guide based on C#,as the subsystem of the system for detecting verticality of elevator guide,is proposed in this paper.It implements the device control and comprehen-sive test by using winform technology in C#.In the adjustment interface,the system realizes the adjustment and control of the 2 groups of distance sensors,the angle sensor and the step motor.
