输变电系统可靠性评价体系及应用研究

         

摘要

The paper researched on the transmission model of circuit and the delivery point, and established the power transmission reliability evaluation system. The reliability level of power sys⁃tem is reflected from three dimensions of "equipment", "user" and "outage event". Based on the re⁃liability evaluation index, the reliability of the common matrix is plotted, and the key circuit is identified through the matrix identification. The influence factors of the critical circuit reliability are analyzed through the sensitivity analysis method of the key circuit. The transmission system reli⁃ability evaluation results are applied to the daily operation and maintenance, which can achieve the purpose of guiding power grid construction and transportation system.%本文分析了输变电系统回路和传输点模型,构建了输变电系统可靠性评价体系,从“设备组”、“用户”、“停电事件”三个维度反映输变电系统可靠性水平。以可靠性评价指标为基础绘制可靠度通用矩阵以辨识关键回路,并通过关键回路的灵敏度分析方法分解关键回路可靠性影响因素,实现将输变电系统可靠性评价结果应用于日常运行维护中,达到指导输电网系统建设的目的。
