灰色系统理论下农民增收的影响因素研究——基于国家财政支农视角

摘要

基于国家财政支农视角,运用灰色系统理论分析方法,通过对农民增收影响因子的灰色关联度的计算和排序,得出不同因子对提高农民收入影响的定量结果.结果表明,在国家财政的3项主要农业支出中,支援农村生产支出和各项农业事业费对农民收入影响最大,其他依次为四项基本补贴和农业社会事业发展支出.%Using grey system theory analytical method which based on the perspective of national financial support and through calculating and sorting the grey relational degree of the farmers' income influence factor,quantitative result of different factor that affected the improvement of peasant income was abtained.Results showed that,in the 3 main agricultural inputs of national financial support,input for supporting the production of agriculture and several agricultural optating expenses affected the ppeasant income most,others were 4 basical subsidies,agricultural and social development input insequence.
