麻疯树种植区与非种植区土壤微生物及酶活性的比较

         

摘要

The number of microbes and enzyme activity in Jatropha curcas L.planting soil and non-planting soil was investigated.The results indicated that the number of bacteria,actinobacteria and fungi in deep layer (20~50 cm) of the planting soil was larger than that in the superficial layer (0~20 cm); and the bacteria number of each layer,actinobacteria and fungi in non-planting soil was less than that in planting soil.The change of katalase activity in planting soil and non-planting soil was not obvious; and there was no significant difference between samples.The activity of urase,alkaline phosphatase and convertase was significantly different between samples from the same depth soil of planting and non-planting.%比较分析了长势良好的麻疯树(Jatropha curcasL.)种植区与非种植区土壤微生物分布及土壤酶活性.结果表明,种植区深层(20~50 cm处)土壤中细菌、放线菌和真菌的数量比浅层(0~20 cm处)土壤中高,且各层土壤微生物数量均高于非种植区.种植区和非种植区土壤中过氧化氢酶活性变化较小,各样品测定无显著性差异;种植区各层土壤的脲酶、碱性磷酸酶和转化酶活性与非种植区同一深度的土壤间差异均达显著水平.
