Obral氧化沟工艺处理城市污水的启动试验研究

         

摘要

以某城市污水处理厂Obral氧化沟工艺为研究对象.用PCR-DGGE方法对工程启动阶段过程中微生物种群多样性变化情况分析.得出微生物多样性与SS,COD,NH4+-N,TP,污泥负荷的对应关系,结果表明:NH4+-N及进水有机负荷对微生物种群的影响最为明显.%The Obral oxidation ditch process was studied in the municipal wastewater treatment plant. At the same time.polymerase chain reaction (PCR)-denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE) was applied to analyze microbial community diversity in the activated sludge of start-up stage. The relation between microbial community diversity and water quality was obtained > analyzing SS> COD, Ammonia-Nitrogen, TP, sludge loading. The results showed that NH/-N, sludge loading had great effect on the microbial community.
