城投企业大型复杂市政工程项目管理创新实践——以涉电涉铁的郑州市西站路道路工程为例

         

摘要

大型复杂市政项目管理是城投企业项目管理的重要内容,体现着城投企业工程建设团队的项目管理能力.为做好大型复杂市政工程的项目管理,通过学习借鉴工程理论界在大型复杂工程管理学术创新成果,对大型工程的特点进行系统分析,在分解项目的同时,把握项目的突出特点,确定工程重点和难点,做好项目管理模式和合同体系等工程建设的顶层设计,持续优化工程建设方案.创新统筹协调涉铁、涉电、涉地铁等重大事宜的组织方式,实行大型复杂项目的综合集成管控,做好业主方的项目管理,是城投企业大型复杂市政项目管理成功的关键.%The management of large and complex municipal project is an important part of the project management of the city investment enterprise,which embodies the project management ability of the construction team of the city investment enterprise.In order to do large-scale municipal engineering project management,through learning from the engineering theory in large and complex engineering management of academic innovation on the basis of the results of the systematic analysis of the characteristics of large-scale engineering projects at the same time,in the decomposition,grasp the prominent characteristic of the project,determine the project key and difficult points,good top-level design of project management mode and contract system the engineering construction, the continuous optimization of construction scheme. It is critical for the successful management of large and complex municipal projects of large cities and towns to implement integrated management and control of large and complex projects and manage project owners well.
