贵州香猪生长的蛋白质沉积规律与需要量研究

         

摘要

为研究贵州香猪生长的蛋白质需要,选择60~75日龄贵州香猪34头(公母各半),采用扣除蛋白等消化能(DEpf)饲粮设计和比较屠宰试验,测定贵州香猪生长的蛋白质沉积规律。研究显示,贵州香猪每千克增重的体蛋白沉积量7~16b、16—25k两个体重阶段相近,平均为172.17g,DCP用于体蛋白沉积的效率为73.93%;每千克增重的赖氨酸沉积量,两个体重阶段及不同DCP与D—lys梯度日粮基本一致,平均为12.03g,摄入D—lys扣除增重相应的维持赖氨酸消耗后剩余的几乎全部用于体蛋白沉积,沉积率平均为98.74%。结果表明,每千克增重生长的DCP需要量为247.38—0.95BW(g)、D—lys需要量为13.11—0.072BW(g)。%An experiment on protein deposition rule in growing Guizhou Xiang pig was conducted to ascertain the grnwth requirement of protein with 34 same genetic background piglets at the age of 60 to 75 days. And the diet of protein - free equalized digestible energy (DEpf) and comparative slaughter methods were adopted. The findings showed that the protein deposition was close to each other in 7 to 16 kg BW stage and 16 to 25 kg BW stage, averagely 172.17 g/kg of body weight gain and the efficiency of DCP for body protein deposition being 73.93%. The lysine deposition w&s basically no difference between both BW stages and among diets contained different gradients of DCP or D - lys, averagely 12.03 g/kg of body weight gain. The surplus of ingested digestible lysine deducting the maintenance consumption of corresponding body weight gain was almost entirely used for body protein deposition. The rate of deposition averaged 98.74%. The results indicated that growth requirement of DCP was 247.38 -0.95 BW and D - lys was 13.11 -0. 072 BW g/kg of body weight gain in growing Guizhou Xiang pig.
