采用气相色谱法测定三氯乙腈中有关物质含量,采用AgilentDB-624毛细管柱(30 m×0.53 mm×3.0μm),氢火焰离子检测器,程序升温,进样口温度160℃,检测器温度250℃,载气为氮气。通过专属性试验、线性关系、精密度试验、重复性试验和耐用性试验考察,表明本法操作简便、专属性强、分离度好、准确度高,具有良好的重复性和耐受性,可作为三氯乙腈有关物质的测定方法。%A determination method for related substances of trichloroacetonitrile by Gas Chromatography was established. The related substances were determined on the GC instrument with a FID detector using a AgilentDB-624 column ( 30 m × 0. 53 mm × 3. 0 μm ) , programmed temperature, the temperature of injection port was 160 ℃, the temperature of FID detector was 250 ℃, the carry gases was nitrogen. Through the specificity test, linear relationship, precision test, reproducibility test and serviceability test, results showed that the method was simple, sensitive and accurate. It can be used for determination of trichloroacetonitrile and its related substances.
