原子荧光光谱法测定稻谷中无机砷含量的不确定度

摘要

The atomic fluorescence spectrometry was developed for the determination of inorganic arsenic in rice, the uncertainty of the test results were assessed analysis and quantify the influence the uncertainty of measurement results. Results show that when the content of inorganic arsenic is 0.12 mg/kg, the expanded uncertainty of 0.0015 mg/kg(k=2).%对原子荧光光谱法测定稻谷中无机砷的测试结果的不确定度进行评定，分析和量化了影响测量结果的不确定度。结果表明，当无机砷含量为0.12 mg/kg时，扩展不确定度为0.0015 mg/kg（k=2）。
