北衙铁金矿采用炭浆法提金,为了充分回收已氰化浸出的金银等有价元素,降低因椰壳炭炭损耗较高造成的金银损失,在对荷兰诺芮特柱状活性炭特性进行充分研究的基础上,开展了小型试验和工业试验。结果表明:与椰壳炭相比,诺芮特炭在吸附性能及炭损率导方面均更为优越。将诺芮特炭推广应用到2000 t/d 和3000 t/d 选矿厂,取得了显著效果。其中,金吸附率提高0.94%,银吸附率提高3.17%,炭损耗降低50%以上,为企业创造了显著效益。%Cip process was applied to extract gold in Beiya iron-gold mine in this study.In order to fully recycling valuable elements,such as gold and silver from cyanide leaching,and reduce gold and silver loss caused by coconut shell charcoal high carbon loss,on the basis of fully research on features of the Norit cylindrical activated carbon in the Netherlands,then We carried out a small test and industrial test.The results demonstrated that the Norit cylindrical activated carbon were better than that of coconut shell charcoal in adsorption and carbon loss rate,etc.The Norit cylindrical activated carbon was used to 2000 t/d and 3 000 t/d dressing plant,and significant effect was obtained,additionally,the gold adsorption rate increased by 0.94%,silver adsorption rate increased by 3.17%,carbon loss reduced by more than 50%,which has created significant benefits for the enterprise.
