Al/TiC预制合金在锌熔体中溶解过程的试验研究与分析

         

摘要

The dissolving mechanism of Al/TiC prefabricating alloy in Zinc melt has been analyzed.The results show that the dissolution process of prefabricating alloy can be divided into two periods when the temperature of zinc melt is below the melting point of aluminum.Firstly,zinc melts infiltrates into the prefabricating alloy and then Zn-Al-TiC alloy forms in the surface layer of the prefabricating alloy.Secondly,the Zn-Al-TiC alloy of this alloy surface layer begins to dissolve to the zinc melt. After this the dissolvent velocity of Al/TiC prefabricating alloy in zinc melt has been measured by means of self-made experimental equipment.The diffusion coefficients (D) of different prefabricating alloys in the temperature range 430~650℃ in zinc melt have been calculated.The results have shown that a near linear relationship exists as follows between the diffusion coefficient logarithm (logD) and the reciprocal of temperature (1/T)——logD=A0*T-1.%对Al/TiC预制合金在锌熔体中的溶解机理进行了分析。结果表明:当锌熔体温度低于铝熔点时,预制合金的溶解可分为两个阶段:第一阶段为液态锌向预制合金中浸渗,并在预制合金表层内形成Zn-Al-TiC合金;第二阶段为预制合金表层内的Zn-Al-TiC合金开始溶解并进入锌熔体。利用自制的试验装置测试了Al/TiC预制合金在锌熔体中的溶解量。测定了430~650℃范围内不同TiC含量的预制合金在锌熔体中的扩散系数(D)。结果表明:扩散系数的对数(logD)与温度的倒数(1/T)近似为线性关系——logD=A0*T-1。
