针对铸钢轧辊采用保温冒口工艺时,工艺出品率低,辊颈缩松的问题,通过引进KH∶3200型可控硅加热电源,组装了一台冒口电加热装置应用到铸钢轧辊的生产中,并详细介绍了设备的工作原理及操作方法.试验发现,电加热冒口可显著提高冒口的补缩效率,降低冒口的高度和原材料的消耗,铸件工艺出品率提高10%以上,降低了生产成本.%The yield is low and dispersed shrinkage often occurs in the roll neck when using insulating riser for static production of steel rolls. A KH-3200 type controllable silicon power was used, and a riser heating device was assembled and applied to the static production of steel rolls. The principle of the device and method of operation were presented. The experimental results show that the electric heating riser can increase significantly the feeding efficiency and reduce the riser height, therefore decrease the consumption of raw materials. The yield of the casting can be increased by 10% or more, and the production cost can be reduced greatly.
