粉料粒度分布对黄壤土基铸造涂料性能的影响

         

摘要

检测了以黄壤土粉、矿渣粉为主要材料的耐火粉料在不同研磨时间下的粒度分布,并研究了不同粒度分布对黄壤土基铸造涂料的悬浮性、粘度、触变性和涂刷性的影响.试验结果表明,研磨2h后的粉料粒度可以满足涂料的使用要求.%The particle size distribution of refractory aggregate which is mainly composed of yellow loam powder and slag powder was tested at different grinding time. Influence of grain size distribution of the refractory aggregate on suspension, viscosity, thixotropy and brushing property of yellow loam coating was investigated. The results show that the refractory aggregate after ground for 2 h can satisfy the application requirement.
