高温合金净化技术研究现状

摘要

介绍了目前国内外高温合金净化的几种方法,包括泡沫陶瓷过滤、BIAM优质工艺法、旋转铸锭法、复合熔盐净化、电磁软接触成形净化等,并讨论了净化机制与净化效果,展望了高温合金净化技术的发展趋势.%Several purification methods of superalloy at home and abroad were presented, including foam ceramic filtering purification, BIAM technology, the process of rotary casting, compound salt purification, and the purification method of electromagnetic soft-contact forming. The mechanism and effect of purification were discussed, and the development prospect of purification technology for super alloy was pointed out.
