针对紫铜-不锈钢双金属控温导热装置铸造工艺的难点,对铸件生产的关键工艺技术进行分析,详细介绍了紫铜-不锈钢双金属控温导热装置铸件的生产工艺,包括浇注位置、浇注系统、冒口、环形芯撑的设计、不锈钢管的保护措施、熔炼工艺等.用上述工艺成功生产了长2300 mm,重约1.2t的紫铜-不锈钢双金属控温导热装置铸件,经检验,铸件的化学成分和性能满足设计要求,已成功应用于国内某企业冶金设备.%Based on the difficulty of temperature control thermal conduction device of red copper-stainless steel bi-metal casting process, the casting production technology was analyzed, and the casting production process using temperature control thermal conduction of copper-stainless steel bi-metal device was detailed, including the pouring position, the gating system, riser, design of the ring chaplet, stainless steel pipe protection measures, and the melting process, etc. Chemical composition and properties of the castings meet the requirements through testing. Red copper-stainless steel bimetal temperature control thermal conduction device that is 2 300 mm length, about 1.2 t weight, was successfully developed and applied to domestic enterprises of metallurgical equipment.
