SHS铸造技术制备涂层的研究进展

摘要

Self-propagating high-temperature synthesis (SHS) is a new way of material preparation.The technology combined with casting technology has been applied successfully to the manufacturing of coating.The basic principle and characteristics of SHS casting technology were summarized.Research progress of coating manufacturing by SHS-centrifugal casting process, SHS-fusion casting process and SHS-reactive infiltration casting process were reviewed.The research direction of surface coating manufacturing by SHS casting technology was pointed.%自蔓延高温合成是一种材料制备的新方法,它与铸造技术相结合,成功地应用于涂层制造领域.本文概述了自蔓延高温合成铸造技术的基本原理和特点.综述了SHS离心铸造涂层、SHS熔铸涂层、SHS反应铸渗涂层的研究进展,并指出自蔓延高温合成铸造技术在涂层制造领域的研究方向.
