针对树脂砂铸造工艺生产的QT600-5整体铸造桥壳的材质及工艺进行研究攻关,通过改进优化化学成分、合金含量、球化处理及孕育处理工艺等,解决了球铁桥壳强度和伸长率低以及碎块状石墨的质量问题;通过工艺优化,解决了桥壳的缩松问题,桥壳台架疲劳强度试验由40万次断裂,提高到150万次不断裂.%In this paper, the materials and product process of QT600-5 integral axle housing by resin sand casting process have been studied systematically. Based on the optimization of the chemical composition, alloy content, spheroidization and inoculation technology, the strength and elongation of axle housing have been improved, the problem of chunky graphite in housing also has been solved. The process optimization was helpful to solving the problem of dispersed shrinkage in axle housing, Axle fatigue strength test shows that fatigue cycle life increased from less 400 000 times to over 1 500 000 times.
