In order to solve the carbon defects of the caliper body made by the traditional LFC process, the process scheme that removed the thin film using for sealing the flask was put forward. According to the TGA-FTIR pyrolysis experiment of the caliper body's STMMA white mold and multigroup repeated pilot production, high-quality castings were obtained. The feasibility that LFC process without thin film can decrease the carbon defects was verified.%为解决生产制动钳的消失模工艺中的增碳类缺陷问题,提出了去除传统消失模工艺的薄膜密封的方案.以STMMA白模热重-FTIR的热解试验为依据,经多组反复生产试验,得到了优质铸件.验证了无薄膜工艺可降低增碳类缺陷产生的可行性.
