浇不足、疏松和夹渣等缺陷是铸件浇注时常出现的问题.针对这一问题,以某重型燃机Ⅰ级涡轮叶片无余量精铸工艺作为研究对象,介绍了陶瓷型芯制备与烧结工艺、蜡模与组合方案设计、陶瓷型壳制备工艺和铸件浇注工艺、铸件脱芯工艺等几个关键方面,较好地解决了此类问题.在此基础上,制备出了符合设计要求的合格叶片铸件,并通过了试车考核.%Metallurgical defects of short run,porosities and inclusions are common problems during casting production.This paper aims at the problems to research,using no allowance casting process of Ⅰ stage turbine blade as research object.The process of preparation of ceramic core and baking,wax pattern and combination design,ceramic shell preparation technology,pouring technology,and core removing technology were introduced.These key aspects were analyzed and researched,and defects problem was settled.On this basis,qualified blade casting was prepared,and passed test.
