变质处理对高镍铬钼铸铁复合轧辊工作层组织及性能的影响

         

摘要

The different modification processing experiments of the high nickel chromium molybdenum cast iron composite roller were carried out in this paper. The influences of different modifiers on the microstructure, carbide size and distribution, and hardness of the working layer of the composite roller were studied. The results show that when the CrN modifier is added, the herringbone carbides become shorter, finer and discrete, moreover, the hardness uniformity of the roller is improved. When the CrN and FeV modifiers are added, the shape of the carbides is changed into short strip, the size of the carbides becomes finer and the distribution of the carbides is homogeneous, moreover, the hardness uniformity is further improved. When the CrN, FeV and composite rare earth modifiers are added, the shape of the carbides is changed into particles, and the distribution of the carbides is more homogeneous; the hardness of the specimen is increased, but the hardness uniformity of the roller has few changes.%对高镍铬钼铸铁复合轧辊进行了不同的变质处理工艺试验,研究了不同变质剂对高镍铬钼铸铁复合轧辊显微组织组成、碳化物尺寸和分布、硬度的影响规律.结果表明,当加入CrN变质剂时,鱼骨状碳化物变短、变细,分布离散,试样硬度均匀性提高;加入CrN和FeV变质剂后,碳化物转变成短条状,尺寸细化,分布较弥散,试样硬度均匀性进一步提高;当加入CrN和FeV以及复合稀土变质剂时,碳化物转变成颗粒状,分布弥散均匀,试样硬度提高,但硬度均匀性变化不大.
