大型高铬铸铁护套铸造工艺

         

摘要

Jacket is an important overflowing assembly of excavating pump, which requires better wear resistance and higher hardness. The control technology of chemical constitution and casting process for large high chromium cast iron jacket was analyzed, and the foundry CAE simulation was carded. The large jackets for excavating pump satisfied customer requirements are produced by actually test.%护套作为挖泥泵的重要过流部件,要求具有良好的耐磨性和较高的硬度。分析了大型高铬铸铁护套化学成分和铸造工艺的控制技术,并进行了铸造CAE的模拟。经实际验证,成功生产出满足客户需求的大型挖泥泵护套铸件。
