嵌套铸造方法在大尺寸环类铸件生产中的应用

摘要

介绍了大尺寸环类铸件嵌套铸造方法的实施过程。实际生产应用表明，大尺寸环类铸件在模具制作、造型、熔炼工序上生产效率明显提高，制造成本大幅降低。%The procedure of insert casting process for large ring castings was presented. The practical application shows that the production efficiency of large ring castings are increased obviously in pattern making, molding and melting, and the manufacturing costs are reduced greatly.
