基于文献计量学的国内外干细胞研究热点分析

Stem cell research is one of the hottest research fields nowadays. Getting the stem cell SCI papers of China and aboardfrom 2006 to 2010, the paper analyzes the developing trend, the distribution of countries and institutes of stem cell research. Throughthe bibliometric analysis fuction of the software Citespace II, the paper obtains China's achievements and the gaps through thecomparison of the field between China and aboard. Furthermore, the paper advances the suggestion of developing China' s stem cellresearch.%干细胞研究是当今科学研究的热门领域.本文以Web of Science的SCI数据库中2006-2010年间世界和中国发表的干细胞研究论文为研究对象,从文献计量学角度,分析了干细胞研究的发展趋势、国家及机构分布,同时利用信息可视化软件Citespace Ⅱ进行文献共引分析,对比世界干细胞研究的热点领域,分析了中国在该学科取得的成绩和存在的差距,进一步提出了针对中国干细胞研究发展的政策建议.
