红花色素的荧光性能

         

摘要

Fluorescent spectral properties of pigments in floscarthami was studied. To introduce fluorescent spectral properties of safflower yellow and safflower red solution in solvent, different pH value, different temperature, under the condition of containing different metal ions were carried out. Pigments scanning wavelength:λex= 220 nm-400 nm,λem = 220 nm-780 nm;The results showed that the best determining wavelength of safflower red:λex=365 nm,λem=735 nm,concentration 50%of aceton as solvent. Safflower red in the condition of pH=1,temperature 25℃,intensity of the fluorescence emitted by safflower red reached its peak. The best determining wavelength of safflower yellower: λex= 242 nm, λem= 485 nm,water as solvent. Safflower yellow in the condition of pH=3, temperature 25℃,intensity of the fluorescence emitted by safflower yellow reached its peak. Metal ions (Fe2+、Pb2+、Al3+)make safflower red and safflower yellow fluorescence enhancement, and (NH4)2SO4 has little impact on fluorescence of safflower red.%  研究了红花红、黄色素的荧光性能,探讨溶剂、pH、温度、金属离子等对红花红、黄色素的荧光性能的影响,扫描波长范围:λex=220 nm~400 nm,λem=220 nm~780 nm。结果表明:λex=365 nm,λem=735 nm,红花红色素50%丙酮提取液在pH=1、温度25℃时,红花红色素荧光强度最大,金属离子(Fe2+、Pb2+、Al3+)使红色素荧光性能增强,而(NH4)2SO4对红花红色素荧光性能的影响不大;λex=242 nm,λem=485 nm,红花黄色素水作提取剂在pH=3、温度25℃时,红花黄色素荧光强最大,金属离子(Fe2+、Pb2+、Al3+)使黄色素荧光性能增强。
