地理标志食用农产品GS1防伪追溯系统的构建

摘要

地理标志食用农产品的防伪和质量安全溯源是我国地理标志产品监管中面临的一个难题，利用国际上通行的GS1系统研究设计了系统的基本构架和信息管理系统，建立了我国地理标志食用农产品的防伪和质量安全溯源系统，该系统的提出将为我国地理标志产品的防伪提供便捷有效的工具，同时也为地理标志食用农产品安全监管提供新的手段。%Anti-counterfeiting and quality of safety traceability of agricultural products of geographical indica-tions is very difficult. GS1 system was used to design the Anti-counterfeiting system and information manage-ment systems and geographical indications safety traceability system. The system will provide a convenient and effective tool to protect agricultural products of geographical indications safety.
