全球食品安全指数视角下的食品安全对策研究

摘要

With the continuous development of economy and society,food safety issues have received extensive attention of the worldwide countries. Food security has become the basis on protecting human health ,improving the quality of human life and the promotion of basic food trade. In this paper,we explained the index of global food security report for 2014. We also described the current situation of food safety in China and put forward some proposals to solve the problems.%随着经济和社会的不断发展，食品安全问题已受到全球各国的广泛关注。保障食品安全已成为保护人类生命健康，提高人类生活质量，促进食品贸易的基础。本文解读了2014年全球食品安全指数报告，分析了中国食品安全现状及存在的问题，并对解决食品安全问题提出几点对策和建议。
