质量安全视角下我国乳企跨国并购事件分析

摘要

新形势下我国乳品企业的并购重组已势如破竹，跨国资本重组和战略合作日益频繁。从乳品企业跨国并购的视角，考察乳品企业近年发生的跨国并购事件，分析并购的动因，并提出了相应的策略建议。%Under the new situation,merger and acquisition (M&A) of Chinese dairy enterprises has become a tendency,which looks likes splitting a bamboo and cross-border capital restructuring and strategic alliance are growing frequently. From the view of cross-border mergers and acquisitions of dairy enterprises,we studied the cross-border M&A events of three companies,which were Shanghai Bright Diary Group Co,Ltd,Mengniu Dairy& Yili Dairy Corporation Group,analyzed the motivation of mergers and acquisitions and difficulties,finally,put forward some suggestions.
