山药多糖对I型糖尿病小鼠血糖和抗氧化能力的影响

摘要

为研究山药多糖对四氧嘧啶致I型糖尿病小鼠血糖和抗氧化能力的影响，用腹膜注射200 mg/kg四氧嘧啶造模，给药15 d后测定给药前后小鼠血糖含量、体重与免疫器官重量、血清抗活性氧单位与肝匀浆MDA含量。结果表明，山药多糖可显著降低糖尿病小鼠血糖水平，增加胸腺与脾脏指数，提高血清抗活性氧单位、降低肝匀浆MDA含量。%To investigate the effects of yam polysaccharide on blood glucose and antioxidant capacity in Alloxan Diabetic Mice. Diabetes mice were induced by alloxan with the dose of 200 mg/kg through intra-peritoneal injection. The blood glucose, body and immune organs weight, serum anti ROS unit and MDA content in liver homogenate were alalysed after 15 d' intragastric administration. The results show that here were significant differences between diabetic mice given yam polysaccharide and model group mice on blood glucos , immune organs weight,serum anti ROS unit and MDA content.
