加工食品质量指数模型的构建及应用

摘要

为了能够更科学的对食品质量安全现状做出综合判断，以一定时期内食品质量抽查合格率为基础，综合考虑影响食品质量安全的相关指标，构建加工食品质量指数模型并应用层次分析法完成食品质量指数的测算，最后结合天津市加工食品行业数据对该模型进行实证分析。结论表明食品质量指数能够有效衡量食品质量安全状况，具有综合性、可比性和可复制性等优势，值得在全国范围内推广使用。%In order to make comprehensive judgments on the food quality status, this paper establish FQI (food quality index) model based on the food qualification rate, considering the other related indicators which impact the food safety, and then develop the FQI computational method by using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). Finaly, the paper make a empirical analysis of the model combined with Tianjin food quality datas. The conclusions show that the FQI can effectively measure the food quality and safety control status.With the advantages of comprehensiveness, comparability and reproducibility, the FQI was worth to be promete all around our country.
