东北三省粮食物流LGF模式构建研究

摘要

研究LGF粮食物流模式在东北三省的应用；通过实地考察、问卷调查及查阅相关资料，了解东北三省当前粮食物流模式运作情况，及存在着哪些问题，研究解决问题的对策。在粮食物流节点（logistics nodes）体系中充分发挥粮食银行（food bank）的作用，并使用GIS辅助的多指标综合评判法，描绘出区域电子地图，为粮食物流的决策支持提供信息来源，借助电脑来研究路径优化的可视性。构建新型粮食物流模式，并使之逐步完善；经论证，LGF粮食物流模式不仅可以解决当前东北三省“北粮南调”格局中存在的运输难的问题，也可以促进将来东北粮食横向递进的发展；此观点可应用于实践，也可为国内粮食物流模式的构建提供参考。%To research the applications of LGF grain logistics mode in the three northeastern provinces;Through field visits, questionnaires and access to relevant information, to know the current operating situation of the food logistics mode in the three northeastern provinces, what problems exist and research solutions to this problem. In food logistics nodes (logistics nodes) system, to make full use of the role of food banks and depict regional electronic map by using GIS-assisted multi-index comprehensive evaluation method to provide sources of information for decision-making in support of food logistics, and use a computer to study the visibility of path optimization. To construct the new food logistics model, and make the gradual improvement;By demonstrating, LGF grain transportation logistics model can not only solve the difficult problem of the current Northeast“North-South grain”pattern, but also can promote the future development of the northeast progressive transverse grain;This view can be used in practice, and can provide a reference for the construction of domestic food logistics model.
