With lycium barbarum as the research object, and absorbance of extracts ofβ-carotene as a measure indicator, five extraction parameters during extraction of pigment from lycium barbarum assisted by ultrasonic including extractant, extraction times, ultrasonic power, extracting time, ratio of material and solvent were optimized through single factor experiments followed with orthogonal experiments. according to single factor experiments, N-hexane was chosen to be extractant and extraction times was choosen to be once. Other optimum parameters determined using orthogonal experiments were as follow: ultrasonic power 200 W, extracting time 40 min, extraction temperature 50℃and ratio of material and solvent 1:30 (g/mL). Under these conditions the yield ofβ-carotene, the yield of pigment, and the purity of β-carotene in pigment turned out to be 8.45 %, 9.93 %and 85.00 %, respectively.%以中宁鲜枸杞为原料,β-胡萝卜素提取液吸光度为衡量指标,研究超声波辅助提取枸杞色素的工艺,通过单因素-正交试验优化提取工艺参数.通过单因素试验研究了提取溶剂、温度、料液比、时间、功率和提取次数对色素提取率的影响,并确定了提取剂为正己烷,提取次数为1次.通过正交试验得出超声波辅助提取枸杞色素的最佳工艺为:超声波功率为200 W,提取时间40 min,提取温度50℃,料液比为1:30(g/mL).在最优工艺条件下,β-胡萝卜素得率为8.45 %,色素粗提物得率为9.93 %,色素粗提物纯度为85.00 %.
