通过对有关药品、保健食品、营养强化食品硒化合物原料及硒测定方法的现行标准整理、比较，探讨需要完善、规范的标准，促使保健食品、营养强化食品的研发所需原料的准确性，确保产品质量和食用安全。%By arranging and comparing the current standard of the determination of selenium and the raw material in drug,health food and fortified food,investigated the standard that needed to improve. The accuracy of using the raw material in health food and fortified food could be improved , the quality and safety of the product could be ensured.
