量子点印迹传感体系在食品检测中的研究进展

         

摘要

Molecular imprinting has received considerable attention recently due to its properties of selective recognition, easy preparation, good reproducibility and stability. Quantum dots as a fluorescent nanomaterial have unique optical properties. An optosensing system is prepared based on molecularly imprinted polymers and quantum dots, which are used as the recognition elements and response elements, respectively, for rapid and accurate detection of hazardous residues in foods. In this review, we summarized the characteristic of quantum dots and molecular imprinting, the preparation of optosensing system, as well as the application in the field of food safety.%近年来分子印迹技术以其较好的选择识别性、易制性、重现性和稳定性成为研究领域的热点。荧光纳米材料量子点具有独特的光学特性。基于量子点的分子印迹光学传感体系,以分子印迹聚合物为识别元件,量子点为响应元件,快速、准确的定量检测食品中痕量危害物。介绍量子点和分子印迹技术的特性及光学传感体系的构建,并对其在食品安全检测领域中的应用进行评述。
