高效液相法同时测定饮品中8种食品添加剂

         

摘要

首次建立同时测定饮品中8种食品添加剂(苯甲酸、山梨酸、糖精钠、安赛蜜、脱氢乙酸、咖啡因、阿斯巴甜、纳他霉素)的高效液相色谱法.试验中,样品经水溶后,加入乙酸锌与亚铁氰化钾溶液沉蛋白处理,采用C 18色谱柱,以甲醇和乙酸铵溶液(0.02 mol/L)为流动相进行梯度洗脱分离,流速1.0 mL/min,测定波长210 nm和305 nm,进样量10μL.结果表明,在此条件下,8种组分得以完全分离,并呈良好线性关系,加标回收率为91%~102.5%,相对标准偏差为0.4%~2.7%.%A HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography) method for determination of eight food addi-tives (benzoic acid,sorbic acid,saccharin sodium,acesulfame potassium,dehydroacetic acid,caffeine,aspar-tame,natamycin)in drink was developed.After sample pretreatment,adding zinc acetate and potassium ferro-cyanide,separated by C18 chromatographic column, using gradient elution of methanol and ammonium acetate (0.02 mol/L),with the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The determination wavelength was 210 nm and 305 nm, sample size 10μL. Under these conditions, the 8 components can be separated completely and show good linear rela-tionship. The standard recovery rate was in the range of 91%-102.5%and the relative standard deviation was 0.4%-2.7%.
