响应面法优化提取竹屑多糖的工艺研究

         

摘要

以竹屑为原料,利用响应面法对竹屑多糖的提取工艺条件进行优化.在单因素试验的基础上,选取提取温度、提取时间、液料比为影响因子,以多糖得率为响应值,根据Box-Behnken中心组合试验设计原理,采用三因素三水平的响应面分析法,建立二次回归模型,研究各变量交互作用及其对竹屑多糖得率的影响.结果表明,通过方差分析可知各因素对竹屑多糖提取率影响的大小依次为提取温度、时间、料液比.竹屑提取多糖的最佳工艺条件为:浸提温度78℃、浸提时间21 min、料液比1:16(g/mL),在此条件下竹屑多糖提取率可达3.1809%,与模型预测值3.1812%高度相符.%In order to optimize the conditions of extraction method of polysaccharides from bamboo chip, based on the experiment of single factor, a three-factor-three-level test was employed for the analysis of variance of the factorial parameters (extraction temperature,extraction time and ratio of solid to liquid) and their interac-tion on extraction rate. The mathematical regression model was established by employing Box-Behnken Design( BBD) of response surface methodology(RSM) . The polysaccharides yield was taken as the response of the de-signed experiments.The results indicated the importance of three process parameters affecting extraction yield of polysaccharides order were extraction temperature, extraction time and ratio of solid to liquid. The optimum ex-traction conditions of polysaccharides from bamboo chip were as follows:extraction temperature 78℃, extrac-tion time 21 min and ratio of solid to liquid 1:16 (g/mL). The extraction yield of polysaccharides of bamboo chip could be up to 3.1809%, exhibiting a good agreement with the predicted values 3.1812%.
