农民专业合作社农产品质量安全风险控制策略认知的实证分析

         

摘要

通过2009年7--9月在河北、山东等地的调研,搜集整理了336家农户与61家农民专业合作社的农产品质量安全风险控制策略认知数据。通过实证分析表明,农户对良好农业生产规范(GAP)与可追溯系统认知度较低,对无公害、绿色捉产品认证认知度较高。农民专业合作社对生产与存储2个环节重要程度与问题易发程度方面具有极高的认同度;合作社对无公害绿色认证的认知和认同度很高,对其便捷性、准确性、成本低方面具有极高的认同度;农民专业合作社的长期生存与发展是合作社在农产品质量安全管理方面希望得到的利益;合作社认为建立健全的农产品质量安全管理体系是在农产品质量安全管理方面的最重要的利益实现方式。%By survey in Hebei and Shandong provinces from July to September in 2009, we collected date about perception of agricultural products quality safety risk control strategies of 336 farmers and 61 farmer cooperatives. The empirical analysis showed that the awareness of farmers on good agricultural manufacturing practice (GAP) and traceability system was low but awareness of pollution-free and green agricultural products certification was high. Farmer cooperatives had a high degree of recognition with extent of the importance and problem-prone of production and storage. Cooperatives had high degree of awareness on the pollution-free and green certified and With a high degree of recognition of its convenience, accuracy, and low cost. The long-term survival and development of cooperatives were their desired benefits in the agricultural products quality safety management. Cooperatives believed that the establishment of sound safety management system was the most important benefits achieved way in the management of quality safety of agricultural products.
