世博会期间黄浦区餐饮业食品安全监管的实践

         

摘要

介绍了世博会期间上海市黄浦区餐饮业食品安全监管面临的基本情况,以及网格化监管、错时执法、集约作业、动态分类监管、预警监管等一系列做法和工作成效,并针对世博后餐饮业食品安全存在的N,N,提出了加强小餐饮监管、治理无证和超范围经营、引导餐饮行业自律等措施。%This article presented the basic situation of food safety supervision of catering industry facing in Huangpu District in Shanghai during the World Expo and introduced a series of practice about grid control, rotation of execution, intensive operations, dynamic classifying regulation, and early warning monitoring and their effectiveness. To solve the problems the food safety of catering industry facing after the World Expo, measures about strengthening the supervision of small restaurants, inhibiting the market without license or beyond the scope of business, guiding self-regulation, ect were proposed.
