中国15省(区、直辖市)1991-2015年中老年居民奶类摄入状况及变化趋势

摘要

目的:探讨1991-2015年中国15省(区、直辖市)中老年居民奶类摄入状况及变化趋势.方法:以“中国健康与营养调查(CHNS)”9轮调查数据资料为基础,将有完整膳食数据信息的45岁及以上中老年居民作为研究对象,分析该人群奶类(包括液态奶、奶粉和酸奶,不合乳饮料和乳制品)摄入状况及变化趋势.结果:1991-2015年间,我国45岁及以上中老年居民饮奶率和平均每日奶类摄入量总体呈现上升趋势.饮奶率从1991年的3.4％上升到2015年的14.7％;每日奶类摄入量由1991年的6.1g/d增加到2015年的20.2g/d.调查对象中饮奶者每日奶类摄入量呈现下降趋势,从1991年的180.3g/d下降到2015年的137.0g/d.结论:1991-2015年我国中老年居民奶类消费状况有较大改善,但仍存在普遍摄入量不足等问题.%[Objective] To investigate the trend of milk consumption among Chinese middle and old aged residents in 15 provinces from 1991 to 2015.[Method] Data used in present study was derived from the China Health and Nutrition Survey (CHNS).The participants were aged 45 years old and over,and had completed personal dietary information data during the 9 wave's survey.Milk consumption in this paper was defined as intake of fresh milk,powdered milk or yogurt,excluding other milk products and milk drink.[Result] The results showed that,in 1991-2015,the percentage of milk consumption and daily intake of milk had an increasing trend in the surveyed population of 15 provinces.The average percentage of Chinese middle and old aged residents' milk consumption went up from 3.4％ in 1991 to 14.7％ in 2015.Meanwhile,the average daily intake of milk increased from 6.1g/d in 1991 to 20.2g/d in 2015.The milk consumption had a decreasing trend from 180.3g/d in 1991 to 137.9g/d in 2015 among milk consumers.[Conclusion] The condition of milk intake was improved significantly from 1991 to 2015.However,Chinese middle and old aged residents' milk intake still remain in quite low level.
