我国富硒魔芋营养评价研究现状及展望

富硒魔芋兼具魔芋和硒的独特生理药理特性.随着全民补硒工程的启动,富硒魔芋市场前景广阔.本文综述了富硒魔芋的分布及营养评价研究现状,并提出研究展望,以期为富硒魔芋产业的健康持续发展提供参考.%With the start of the national selenium supplement project,selenium-enriched konjac which has uniquely physiological and pharmacological characteristics of konjac and selenium will usher in wide market perspective.In order to provide reference for the healthy sustainable development of selenium-enriched konjac industry,the distribution and research status of nutritional evaluation of selenium-enriched konjac were reviewed,and the prospect was put forward.
