我国婴幼儿营养米粉质量现状及其改善方法

         

摘要

In recent years,infant nutrition rice noodles products were frequently notified by general administration of quality supervision in our country,some of the rice noodles produed by enterprises did not meet the regulatory requizements and they were unable to guarantee food safety.This article from the raw material procurement,formulation design,production process and logistics management analyzed and discussed the reason and solution for influence of infant nutrition rice noodles,and provided reference for quality control of infant nutrition rice noodles.%近年,我国婴幼儿营养米粉产品频繁被国家质检总局抽检通报,部分企业生产的米粉不符合法规要求,没有充分保证米粉产品的食用安全性.本文从原料采购、配方设计、生产工艺以及物流管理等方面分析讨论了影响婴幼儿营养米粉产品品质的原因及解决办法,为婴幼儿营养米粉的品质控制提供参考.
