咖啡抑癌作用的研究进展

摘要

The researches show that coffee can inhibit cancer cell growth.Not only does it have potential protective effect for colorectal cancer,liver cancer,prostate cancer and endometrial cancer,but it aslo has certain effect to bladder cancer and malignant melanoma.The intake,type and mechanism of coffee need further study.This article reviewed the progress of coffee's role in cancer.%咖啡可能具有抑制癌细胞生长的作用,其不仅对大肠癌、肝癌、前列腺癌、子宫内膜癌有潜在的保护作用,对膀胱癌、恶性黑色素瘤也有一定的效果.咖啡的摄入量、种类和其中的化合物作用机制尚需进一步研究.本文就咖啡对癌症的作用研究进展进行综述.
