HPLC测定双黄连口服液中连翘酯苷A的含量

摘要

Objective To establish a method for the determination of forsythoside A in Shuanghuanglian Oral Solution.Methods An HPLC method was adopted to determine the content of forsythoside A with mobile phase of methanol-0.4％acetic acid(30:70),the detection wavelength was 280 nm,and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.Results The linear relationship was good within the range of 1.4 to 15 μg (r=0.999 1) for forsythoside A.The average recovery was 98.01％ with RSD of 0.89％ (n=5).Conclusion The method is simple and reproducible.It can be used for the quality control of Shuanghuanglian Oral Solution.%目的 建立双黄连口服液的连翘酯苷A含量测定方法.方法 采用HPLC测定连翘酯苷A的含量,检测波长280 nm;流动相:甲醇-0.4％冰醋酸(30∶70);流速:1.0 mL/min.结果 连翘酯苷A在1.4～15 μg范围内线性关系良好.加样回收率98.01％,RSD=0.89％.结论 所用方法简便可行,重复性好,为双黄连口服液的质量控制提供了依据.
