HPLC测定托吡卡胺滴眼液中苯扎溴铵的含量

摘要

目的 建立HPLC测定托吡卡胺滴眼液中苯扎溴铵含量的方法.方法 以氰基键合硅胶为填充剂,流动相乙腈-水-三乙胺(440∶560∶1),磷酸调pH 5.0,检测波长262 nm,流速1.0 mL/min.结果 苯扎溴铵在15～45 μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9993),平均回收率98.8％(n=9),RSD=0.9％.结论 HPLC方法简便灵敏准确,重复性好,可用于苯扎溴铵的质量控制.%Objective To determine the content of benzalkonium bromide in Tropicamide Eye Drops by HPLC.Methods A CN column was used with the mobile phase of water-acetonitrile-triethylamine(440:560:1).The phosphoric acid was used to adjust pH to 5.0.The detection wavelength was 262 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 15-45 μg/mL for benzalkonium bromide (r =0.999 3).The average recovery was 98.8 ％ (n=9,RSD=0.9 ％) for benzalkonium bromide.Conclusion This method is simple,sensitive and accurate with a good repeatability for the quality control of Tropicamide Eye Drops.
