人工髋关节置换术后发生医院感染的原因分析

摘要

目的 分析导致人工髋关节置换术后医院感染的原因,为临床预防及治疗提供有意义的借鉴.方法 回顾性分析我院2009年12月～2011年12月155例人工髋关节置换术患者发生医院感染的原因.结果 共发生医院感染10例,切口感染率6.5％,经采取及时有效处理措施,患者恢复良好.结论 严格消毒隔离及无菌技术,加强微生物监测及环境管理,及时治疗基础疾病、减轻术后疼痛、防止环境和空气污染是预防人工髋关节置换术后发生医院感染的有效措施.%Objective To investigate and analyze the causes of hospital infection after artificial hip joint replacement,providing reference for clinical prevention and treatment.Methods 155 cases of artificial hip joint replacement in our hospital from Dec 2009 to Dec 2011 were retrospectively analyzed.Results There were10 cases of nosocomial infection,the wound infection rate was 6.5 ％,with timely and effective treatment,the patient recovered well.Conclusion Strict disinfection and isolation,timely treatment of diseases,enhancing microbial monitoring and environmental management,reducing postoperative pain and preventing environmental pollution were effective measures in the prevention of hospital infection after artificial hip joint replacement.
