The micro-mechanism and measurement method of the ake-kardenability wwas described in detail, and the influences of prestrain, baking time and temperature on bake-hardenability were studied experimentally for BTH340 steels made in Shanghai Baoshan Iron & Steel Corporatin.The experiment shows that a good bake-hardenability can be expected for BTH340 steel sheet.%介绍了烘烤硬化的微观机理及板材烘烤硬化特性的测定方法,针对宝钢生产的BTH340烘烤硬化板,测定了其烘烤硬化值,并通过试验系统地研究了工艺参数预变形、烘烤温度和烘烤时间对其烘烤硬化特性的影响。试验结果表明BTH340烘烤板具有良好的烘烤硬化性。
