苯酚水上泄漏应急处理技术

         

摘要

随着中国危险化学品运输快速增长,危险化学品水上泄漏风险不断增加,而中国目前的化学品水上泄漏应急尚处于起步阶段。由于危险化学品具有不同物理化学性质和入水行为模式,对危险化学品进行分类,分类研究危化品泄漏事故后的船上和水上应急措施是十分必要的。首先对苯酚水上泄漏事故后果进行模拟预测,分析其在水中的扩散行为和范围,其次根据苯酚的性质阐述了SEBC分类为下沉和溶解类危险化学品水上泄漏应急应采取的措施。%With the increase of chemical transportation, the risk of hazardous chemical spill is more often than before. The research on emergency response technique for chemical spill on water is still in the initial stage. It is urgent to analyze the behav- iors of different type of chemicals after the spill and the emergency response measures for different type of chemicals. At first, a predication on the trajectory of chemicals was made. Secondly, SEBC classification was determined as the emergency response measure for sinking and dissolves type of hazardous chemicals based on characteristics of phenol.
